A good rule of thumb is to insert your keyword into your content at least 2 times per 100 words, and make sure you add your keywords in the Alt Tag and Description behind a picture.  And, it is a good idea real estate marketing idea to include at least 250 words of content on any page (including the Alt tag and description).

Whatever you do, remember you are writing for your visitors first, and the search engines 2nd. What this means is that your content needs to be relevant and easy to read. It is not a good idea to write choppy content in order to get a specific number of keywords into your page.

Also, keep in mind that inserting your keywords more than 8-9 times per 100 words of content may signal that you are spamming, and the search engines will just ignore your web page, or worst case, they may even ban your website and it will just disappear from the search engines.

So write smart, insert your keywords at least 2 times per 100 words and write at least 250 words per article. Writing relevant easy to read content is always a good real estate marketing idea.
